Your Local Concern

At The Crossing, we believe God has us living in the area where we are to make a difference.  He desires us to see what’s going on around us, and then figure out how to show and share His love to others in intentional and prayerful ways.  God has led us as a church to focus our efforts on making a difference with the local schools; this is our “Local Concern”.

We understand that individuals in our church have other “Local Concerns”:  the homeless, the hungry, the elderly … and as leaders have risen up we have encouraged them to  GO for it and help others engage in that “local concern” with them.

SO what is your “local concern”?  Where do you want to make a difference in our community?

Contact our Pastor of GO Ministries, Ian Stevenson and let him know your local concern.  Let him know where you are engaged locally and where you have a heart to lead others into a local area of concern.

You can also become part of the Local Impact Team, committed to helping people at The Crossing engage locally in making a difference by intentionally showing and sharing God’s love in our community.
