Welcome to The Crossing

We're glad you are taking the time to find out more about The Crossing. We hope as you visit our weekend services that you enjoy the music, and take away something encouraging or challenging - whichever you need most to help you deal with what's on your plate this week.  

The mission of The Crossing is to help people who may be far from God, come to a place where they say "Yes" to God.  Wherever you are along the path of knowing God, The Crossing is a place where you can bring your questions and curiosity, whatever your beliefs or background may be.

If it's your first time at The Crossing, take a minute and stop by the Welcome Center in the plaza.  We'd like to meet you, and give you a welcome packet - including some free stuff - like a CD of a service, and a donut!

We are a growing church, in the same way that the New Testament church was a large and growing church. As we grow larger, we also grow smaller. Our Small Groups ministry is designed to build a network of small groups within The Crossing community. As you continue to make yourself at home here, we would strongly encourage you to find a Small Group in your area where you can develop authentic and lasting relationships with others who also attend The Crossing.

In addition to Small Groups, The Crossing has a wide variety of programs and ministries for people of all ages and all walks of life. Whether you’re a student, a child, single or a married adult, there is plenty of room for you and lots of ways for you to be involved.

In short, we are doing all we can to be the same kind of church described in the New Testament. Through age-appropriate and practical teaching, powerful times of worship and praise, authentic relationships, and a heart for those in need of the life-changing message of Jesus Christ, we want to make a positive and lasting impact on the world around us.

If you are still just checking out this “church thing” and investigating the claims of Jesus Christ; we thank you for allowing us to help you along the way. If you are a committed Christ-follower who is looking for a place to mature in your faith as you serve others, we extend a hearty welcome to you. There is a place for everyone who wants to get involved and become an active part of our community.

Our prayer is that, no matter where you are along your journey, you will feel right at home here at The Crossing.  To some, our church may seem large. But each person who comes through our doors, regardless of where they are in life, is important to us, because each one, including you, is important to God.
