WHAT TO EXPECT:
First, please RSVP on our website or app for the service time you plan to attend so we can prepare the best possible experience for you here on campus.
We are following official guidance on how many people can be in the building so there are a limited number of RSVPs for each service. Be sure to secure your place, so you and your people can attend at the time that is best for you.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before service. This may feel like the biggest change to some of you. Just tell yourself service starts 15 minutes early! Those 15 minutes will be put to good use as you navigate the changes on campus.
Parking is organized to every-other-space to allow safe physical distancing from the moment you arrive on campus to the time you leave. In the plaza, greeters will be there with signs in their hands and smiles under face masks to welcome you here.
We care about the health and comfort level of every person. Each of us has had different experiences during the Stay at Home orders, and for some who attend this weekend, this will be their first experience gathering again. The majority of health officials and experts, along with our city and county, recommend wearing masks to help stop the spread of Covid-19, so we ask that everyone attending wear a mask while on The Crossing campus.
Before you enter the building, you’ll check in at registration to let us know you made it and wait to be seated. An usher will show you to an available seat suitable for you or your group.
The seating arrangement is designed for safe physical distancing and best possible experience both in the building and in the amphitheater.
As you take your seats, there’s another great reason to arrive early. Before the service begins, you’ll receive a special in-room greeting from one of us on staff. This is an important moment to us – the chance to thank you for coming and share information specific to those of you in the room before we start the service. So please try to be in your seat at least 5 minutes early.
Service is just under an hour and will include the music and teaching The Crossing is known for as we all explore faith and experience how Jesus continues to change our lives.
After service officially ends, please stay in your seat so we can take one final moment to thank you and share more details prior to leaving The Crossing campus.
